LeadPro: an email parsing engine running since 2016
LeadPro is a property-technology platform that turns enquiry emails from real estate portals into structured leads. I was a backend developer on it from 2016 to 2025.
The problem
Enquiries arrive as email from more than ten portals, each with its own format that changes without notice. The system has to parse them reliably, at volume, every day.
What I did
- Built the backend that parses and analyses emails from 10+ real estate portals.
- Built and upgraded most of the parsers over the years as portals changed.
- Built and maintained the high-load enquiry processing engine.
- Extended the admin panel.
Result
Still processing tens of thousands of requests a day.
